Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. As a couple, you will live on-campus and provide a family-like environment for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a student home with your partner
- Provide daily care and support to students
- Transport students as needed
- Administer medication and handle household responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings. You and your partner should be at least 27 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. We are looking for couples who are comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
