Job Description:
We are looking for married couples to provide a nurturing family-like environment for students in our on-campus homes. As House Parents, you will oversee groups of 8-12 students, manage daily responsibilities, and provide guidance and support. This role requires flexibility, patience, and a willingness to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
