Our Team
We are seeking talented and dedicated individuals to join our team as Flex Houseparents. As a key member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.
The Role
As a Flex Houseparent, you will reside on-campus in student homes with your spouse, providing a family-like structure and guidance to a group of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include managing daily activities, leading daily devotions, and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
