What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Caregivers position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking a Couple Caregiver to join our team as a Flex Houseparent at Milton Hershey School. In this role, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse, guiding and mentoring a group of approximately 8-12 students. As a Couple Caregiver, you will provide a family-like environment, handle daily responsibilities, and ensure the well-being and safety of our students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. We also require valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.
