We are seeking experienced individuals who can provide guidance, support, and nurturing care to our students. As a Flex Houseparent, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the academic and personal growth of our students.
The successful candidate will have prior experience working with youth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage daily activities and responsibilities for 8-12 students in a family-like environment
- Provide consistent guidance, support, and nurturing care to students
- Must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
Benefits and Compensation
- Salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package approx. $150,000 per couple)
