Flex Houseparents Wanted at Milton Hershey School
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. In this role, you and your spouse will reside in on-campus student homes and guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students.
You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handle responsibilities such as driving and administration, and promote their academic and personal growth. Our staff are expected to model Christian values and behaviors, and we require both spouses to participate in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services.

Our unique work schedule allows for nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
