What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Education Coordinators - Family Support and Guidance Required position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking couples who can provide a supportive family environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As flex houseparents, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your partner and guide a group of 8-12 students. Your role involves creating a nurturing atmosphere, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of students.

We are looking for couples with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. We require both spouses to have a valid driver's license and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. As a team, you will provide guidance, support, and care to students, helping them to thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.
