Job Summary
We are seeking a married couple to become part of our team as Flex Houseparents. As a Flex Houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include guiding and nurturing students, handling daily routines, and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to students in daily activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and community members
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Couple must be married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be at least 27 years old
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or GED required
