Our mission is to nurture and guide students in achieving their full potential, and we're seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents.
Job Description:
As a flex houseparent, you'll reside in one of our on-campus student homes and provide a family-like structure and guidance to a group of 8-12 students.
You'll handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, as well as leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
