We are seeking couples who are passionate about supporting the education and well-being of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Responsibilities
As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will be responsible for providing a nurturing family-like environment for a group of approximately 8-12 students. This will involve managing daily routines, handling various tasks such as driving and administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also be responsible for leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and have valid driver's licenses. Additionally, you and your spouse must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
