Role Overview
We are seeking couples to become Flex Houseparents, living on-campus and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students. As a Flex Houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. as required by the role
What We Offer
- A total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple
- A flexible schedule of nine days on followed by three days off
- Three-week paid summer vacation
