We are seeking married couples to become part of our team as flex houseparents, providing a nurturing family-like environment for students and guiding them through their educational journey.
Job Responsibilities
As flex houseparents, you will be responsible for creating a supportive atmosphere within the student homes, performing various duties including driving, administering medication, and handling household responsibilities. You will also be expected to provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them develop important life skills and values.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be comfortable living and working on-campus for the benefit of the students, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
