Job Description
As a Houseparent Couple, you will provide a supportive family environment for a small group of students, guiding and nurturing them in their academic and personal growth. You will reside in on-campus student homes and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Your role will be to create a safe, loving, and stable home environment that promotes the well-being and success of our students.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and couples must have been legally married for at least two years. You will also need a valid driver's license and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans. Additionally, you must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited).
