Job Description
Couples will provide a nurturing, family-like environment for 8-12 students, managing daily responsibilities such as driving and administering medication. They will also be responsible for guiding students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they should have been legally married for at least two years. High school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility and Commitment
Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily activities, including homework assistance and outings. They will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of their student home. Successful candidates will demonstrate a high degree of integrity and serve as role models for students.
