Your Role
As a married couple, you will work together to create a warm and welcoming home environment for 8-12 students. You will be responsible for their daily care, guidance, and development, including managing their schedules, meal planning, and discipline. You will also be expected to maintain a safe and healthy living environment, ensuring the well-being of all students in your care. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the houseparent team.
