As a houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for providing a supportive environment for students, guiding them through daily activities, and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. You will work closely with your spouse to manage daily responsibilities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also be expected to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
