Responsibilities
As a houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for:
- Providing daily care and support to a small group of students
- Developing and implementing strategies to support the students' social, emotional, and academic growth
- Managing household responsibilities, including cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and healthy living environment
- Working collaboratively with other houseparents and school staff to achieve student outcomes
