Our Team
We are looking for married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents. As Flex Houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
Couples will cover different student homes initially before being assigned to one specific home.
