Milton Hershey School is committed to providing an exceptional education and a supportive environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing groups of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like setting.
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a consistent structure and support system for your assigned students. This includes driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also have the opportunity to participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
