Job Description
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Couples will reside in on-campus student homes, providing a consistent family-like structure for students and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Requirements
We require couples with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and they must have a valid driver's license. They must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Benefits and Perks
This role offers a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. The schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with three-week paid summer vacation.
