**Job Summary:**
We are looking for caring, dedicated couples who can commit to this unique opportunity. As houseparents, you will work together with your spouse to manage the responsibilities of a student home, including transportation, medication administration, and budgeting. This role requires a high degree of integrity, as staff members are role models for students.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide a supportive, family-like environment for students
- Manage student homes, including daily schedules and activities
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure students' physical, emotional, and educational needs are met
**Qualifications:**
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
**Benefits:**
- Competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple)
- Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Relocation assistance and paid training provided
- Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with periods of personal time while students are at school
