Job Description
This is a unique career path that takes consideration and commitment from both spouses. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a consistent family-like structure for students and handling various responsibilities. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being and success of our students.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Prior experience working or volunteering with youth
- A high school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated commitment to the school's values and mission
Benefits and Compensation
This role offers a range of benefits and compensation, including:
- Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more)
