Job Description
As a House Parent, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a nurturing family environment for students
- Leading daily activities and responsibilities
- Administering medication and driving students
You will work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being and success of our students. We are looking for couples who are passionate about working together to make a positive impact and are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for our students.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
