Milton Hershey School seeks dedicated couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. As a Youth Development Specialist, you will work closely with your spouse to provide a supportive and family-like environment for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
