Job Description
Flex houseparents are responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students living on campus. This role requires handling various responsibilities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. Flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handle daily responsibilities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home
