We are currently seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents. In this role, couples will reside in on-campus student homes, providing guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students. As part of our residential program, responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. Our schedule allows for a healthy work-life balance, with nine days on followed by three days off and a three-week paid summer vacation.

Responsibilities:
As a flex houseparent couple, your responsibilities will include:
- · Driving students to various activities and appointments
· Administering medication and handling medical needs
· Managing household budgets and expenses
· Reporting incidents and maintaining accurate records
· Providing guidance and support to students in a family-like environment
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, couples should possess the following qualities:
- · Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
· Legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older
· No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
· Ability to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
· Valid driver's licenses and certification to drive student home vans
