• Lead by example, demonstrating the values and principles of the school
• Provide individualized attention and support to each student, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and interests
• Collaborate with other school staff to ensure seamless care and support for students
• Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Participate in regular team meetings and communicate effectively with school administrators
Qualifications
• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Couples must be legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older
• Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and a high degree of professionalism
