As part of our team, you will handle daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. You will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

· Competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more)

Key Qualifications

· Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings

· Couple must have been married for at least two years

· Both spouses must be 27 or older

· Valid driver's license and certification to drive student home vans required

· Ability to lead daily devotions and attend Sunday chapel services

· High school diploma or equivalent necessary

· Demonstrated integrity and commitment to serving others required.
