We are seeking Couples in Education to join our team as Family Guidance Providers. This unique position requires couples to live on-campus and guide a group of students while managing daily responsibilities and offering emotional support.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
You will be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
