We're seeking married couples to join our team as residential youth leaders, providing a supportive and nurturing environment for students in a family-like setting.
About the Role
As a residential youth leader, you'll work closely with your spouse to create a warm and welcoming home environment for your assigned group of students. You'll be responsible for guiding and mentoring students, helping them develop essential life skills and values. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires flexibility, patience, and a passion for youth development.

In addition to creating a family-like environment, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing guidance and support to students
- Managing household duties and responsibilities
- Collaborating with other staff members to provide a high-quality education and care experience
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Qualifications
We're looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you should have a valid driver's license. You'll also need to be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services.
