Couples in Leadership Roles

Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to fill a unique career path as family support specialists. In this role, you will reside on-campus with a group of 8-12 students, providing guidance and nurturing support to help them thrive.

As a couple living on-campus, you will be responsible for handling daily responsibilities such as transportation, medication management, and budgeting. You will also have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of young individuals and be a part of a supportive and family-like environment.
