About the Role
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for our students. You will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
