Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. In this role, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a nurturing environment for approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other tasks to ensure the well-being of our students.

Key Qualifications:
Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, is required. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. You must also abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and have limitations on pets. Valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required. You must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
