Responsibilities and Qualifications
Married couples will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. They will provide a consistent family-like structure, handling various responsibilities, and ensuring the well-being of students. Couples will also engage in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, is essential. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
