What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples in Residence position at Milton Hershey School?
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be at least 27 years old and have been legally married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
We value candidates who possess a high school diploma or equivalent and can lift up to 50 pounds. Ultimately, we seek individuals who embody integrity and can lead by example.
