Job Requirements
As a residential youth advocate, you and your spouse will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
- Driving and administering medication
- Budgeting and reporting
- Leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
