Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is $43,825 per person, resulting in a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Additionally, comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability options; and retirement savings are provided.
Candidates will also receive relocation assistance and paid training. The schedule consists of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. A three-week paid summer vacation is also included.
