We are seeking Couples in Student Support to join our team at Milton Hershey School. As a married couple, you will provide a supportive and loving environment for students in need. Your responsibilities will include managing daily tasks such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting, while also offering emotional support and guidance.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. We maintain a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and only allow fish and one dog of approved breeds.
You will have the opportunity to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
