You will provide a stable family environment, guide students in their daily activities, and help them develop essential life skills.
To succeed in this role, you and your partner must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and staff members. Experience working with children is highly desirable, but not necessary. What is essential is your ability to work collaboratively as a team and make a positive impact on the students' lives.
