Responsibilities
As a Residential Care Specialist, you will live in on-campus student homes and provide a family-like structure for students. Your responsibilities will include managing daily activities, administering medication, and fostering an enriching environment. This role requires couples who have prior experience working with youth and a commitment to our values.

Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings

- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
