Job Description
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be part of a team that supports and guides students in a nurturing environment. You will work with your spouse to provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
