Job Description
Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a family-like environment for groups of 8-12 underserved students, ensuring their well-being and educational needs are met.
This unique role requires a deep understanding of youth development and a commitment to providing a supportive and nurturing environment. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

In addition to these benefits, we offer a salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple). Our schedule consists of nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time while students are at school. We also offer three-week paid summer vacation.
