What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Job Opportunity with Competitive Benefits position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking experienced couples to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a supportive family-like environment for students in grades pre-K through 12, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and managing household tasks.
This is a two-person job that requires commitment and dedication from both spouses. Candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
