Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing a group of 8-12 students, managing daily activities, transportation, and care responsibilities. You will work closely with your spouse to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must be comfortable with leading students in daily devotions and taking them to chapel services. Proselytizing is prohibited.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must be married couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older. No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted as pets. Valid driver's licenses are required, and you must be able to become certified to drive student home vans. High school diplomas or GEDs are required. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
