Couple Requirements
We are looking for married couples who are committed to working together as flex houseparents. Your responsibilities will include guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure, and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You must be willing to relocate to Hershey, PA, and adhere to our campus policies.
Benefits and Compensation
The total compensation package for this role includes a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. You will also enjoy a flexible schedule with nine days on followed by three days off, as well as three weeks of paid summer vacation.

We are seeking couples who are passionate about education, youth development, and creating a family-like environment. You must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students.
