Job Description
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily guidance and support to students
- Manage household responsibilities and maintain a safe living environment
- Participate in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure student well-being
