We are seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As part of our residential education program, you will play a vital role in providing a stable and supportive living environment for our students.
Responsibilities
Couples will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure and handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling a compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings.
Additionally, relocation assistance and paid training are provided. The schedule consists of nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including personal time while students are at school. Three weeks of paid summer vacation are also included.
