What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Needed for Student Care position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to become part of our team as Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for managing a group of 8-12 students, providing them with a safe and supportive living environment and supporting their educational needs.
You will work closely with the students, providing guidance, encouragement, and discipline when needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized living space for the students.
Milton Hershey School offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as relocation assistance and paid training. Our Houseparents enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
