The institution is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, responsible for guiding and nurturing groups of approximately 8-12 students in on-campus student homes. This role requires providing a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Couples are expected to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and follow specific pet restrictions.
Responsibilities also include taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, leading daily devotions, and demonstrating a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
