Compensation Package
The selected couples will receive a competitive salary package, including a total compensation of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Responsibilities
As houseparents, couples will guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students in a student home. Responsibilities include:
- Driving and transporting students
- Administering medication and managing student care
- Managing budgets and finances for the student home
- Reporting incidents and ensuring student safety
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Age requirement: both spouses must be 27 or older
- Marital status: couples must be legally married for at least two years
